Delivery

Delivery of services (including creative, digital, and web-related deliverables) is carried out according to the schedule and format agreed in writing for each project. Digital deliverables are typically supplied via download link, repository access, or deployment to agreed hosting, unless otherwise specified.

Estimated timelines communicated before or during onboarding are indicative; complex projects may require adjustments with notice.

Returns and refunds

Custom creative and professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where mandatory consumer rights apply or where otherwise agreed in writing.

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed specification, you should notify us in writing within a reasonable period so we can review and, where appropriate, offer revisions or other remedies as set out in your service-specific terms.
